Green World Rewards, Inc. (“GWR,” “we,” or “us”) uses rebate-based affiliate marketing from our retail partners (“Retail Partners”). To ensure that you, as a GWR Registered User ("user"), fully understand your rights as a user, as well as our responsibilities to you, we have prepared these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions"). As a user of the GWR website (referred to herein as "www.greenworldrewards.com” or the "website"), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to the following "terms and conditions," and consent to be bound by all of these terms and conditions, including any future amendments or updates thereto.
Electronic Communications
When you visit our website or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Please be advised that we may communicate with you via e-mail or by posting notices to this website. You acknowledge and agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and any other communication that we may provide to you electronically satisfies any legal requirement that the communication be in writing.

Any unauthorized use terminates the limited license granted by GWR.

You acknowledge that our website content, including but not limited to: text, sounds, photographs, graphics, or other material contained in any website communication, advertisements or messages, whether by GWR, our website or GWR’s advertisers, service providers, participating Retail Partners, merchants, service and software are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are only permitted to use content, service, or software as expressly authorized by GWR, its advertisers, service providers, and participating Retail Partners or merchants, as the case may be.
Links to Third Party Sites
Some of the links made available to you through our website will direct you to other websites. Please be aware that the websites available through these links, and the material that you may find there, may not be under the control of GWR. Therefore, we cannot and do not make any representation or warranty to you about these websites or the materials available there, and the fact that we have made these links available to you is not an endorsement or recommendation to you by us of any of these websites or any material found there. We are providing these links only as a convenience to you.
Forums
To post messages on our forums or to take advantage of other services we offer, you must be a user. In order to register as a user, you must choose a unique user name and password. Duplicate user names are not allowed. If the name you enter is already in use, you will be asked to choose another one. GWR may, in its sole discretion, bar registration from any specific email service or ISP. Any message posted on our forums, including any files attached to posts, expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not necessarily reflect the views of GWR or any person or entity associated with GWR. While GWR may use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages and files posted in our forums, you acknowledge that GWR is under no obligation to do so. Considering the real-time nature of our forums, it is impossible for us to monitor or review every message and file. You agree that neither GWR, nor any person or entity associated with it, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted on our forums. You agree that you will not use our forums to post any material, or links to any material, or to attach files, which includes material, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise unlawful or illegal. You expressly agree that we are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any posting or communication you send to us without compensation and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services using such information.
Advertisements, referral programs, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitations and links to on-line gambling sites are also inappropriate on any of our forums. Any user who believes that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by clicking "alert moderator" next to any forum message. Upon receipt of such notification, we will make reasonable efforts to take such action as we deem necessary within a reasonable period of time. Since this is not an automatic process, you are advised that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. GWR reserves the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless (including legal fees and costs) GWR and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your message(s).
Robot Exclusion; Restrictions on Use of Website
This site contains robot exclusion headers. Some of the information on the website is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to GWR by our users, advertisers, service providers, participating Retail Partners, merchants, or third parties. You agree that you will not exceed the limited access to the website granted to you or use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the website for any purpose without our express written permission. Furthermore, you agree you will not:
(a) take any action that imposes, or may impose in GWR’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
(b) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from this website without the prior expressed written permission of GWR and appropriate third party, as applicable;
(c) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website or any activities conducted on the website; or
(d) bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the website.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this website, you represent and warrant to GWR that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
GWR Donation Program
As a user, you have the ability to make automatic donations to CarbonFund.org, a non-profit corporation dedicated to reducing CO2 emissions, which are separate and apart from, and in addition to, any other discounts available through the website ("GWR Donations"). This section identifies the manner in which you may earn GWR Donations which will be made on your behalf to CarbonFund.org and GWR's rights and responsibilities with respect to the GWR Donations program.
1. Program Overview. The GWR Donations program (“Program”) allows users to shop with GWR’s participating Retail Partners, and earn GWR Donations. The Program is free to users, and is conferred as a benefit of registration with GWR. All GWR Donations earned through the Program will be donated on your behalf to CarbonFund.org.
As a user, GWR Donations are automatically earned when you make a qualifying online purchase from a participating Retail Partner. Some participating Retail Partners may have special requirements to earn GWR Donations. Click the blue question mark in the white box next to each Retail Partner’s donation offer for requirements and restrictions. Further, not all merchants listed on our website participate in the Program. Participating Retail Partner's are identified by a corresponding offer (*) to the left of their store name.
2. Eligibility. The Program is offered for purchases made through links on the website. You must have Internet access and a valid working e-mail address to receive the privileges of the Program. Further, participation in the Program is limited to individuals that are 18 years of age or older.
3. Making GWR Donations. To be eligible to make GWR Donations, you must make a qualifying purchase. Generally, in order to make a qualifying purchase, you must satisfy the following criteria:
(1) You must be 18 years of age or older;
(2) You must log on to website with your user name;
(3) You must link to a Retail Partner from the website;
(4) You must add items to your cart;
(5) You must complete your transaction; and
(6) You must have cookies enabled on your web browser.
Reasons why you will not earn GWR Donations, include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) You are under the age of 18;
(2) You do not log onto the website with your user name;
(3) You go directly to the participating merchant without first visiting our website;
(4) You complete multiple transactions without returning to our website. (Completing each transaction ends your "session" with GWR, and you have to start over to earn GWR Donations on additional items);
(5) You click on any "special offers" or toolbars from other websites while shopping;
(6) You allow too much time to lapse between linking to the merchant and completing the purchase;
(7) You contact the merchant to change an order;
(8) You fail to abide by the restrictions imposed by a Retail Partner;
(9) The Retail Partner fails to transmit to GWR the donation corresponding to the transaction for any reason or any donation transmitted to GWR is required to be repaid by an order of any court of competent jurisdiction;
(10) You have been notified by GWR that you, or certain purchases, are not eligible for a GWR Donation.
Determination of whether or not a purchase made through a Retail Partner is a qualifying purchase is made at the discretion of GWR.
GWR is not responsible for tracking problems resulting from incorrect usage of the website, disabling cookies, computer issues resulting from unknown causes such as third-party software or other issues, merchant partner errors/omissions or from any other failure of tracking mechanisms.
All GWR Donations you generate from shopping with our Retail Partners will be made to CarbonFund.org. These donations will be made from time to time as they are generated and processed. You have no right to receive any portion of the GWR Donations.
4. Requesting GWR Donations in the Form of Cash. You may not request a redemption of any GWR Donations you generate. All of the GWR Donations that you generate shall be paid to CarbonFund.org.
5. GWR Donation Adjustments. GWR Donations generated by you are subject to adjustments for returns and cancellations, GWR's receipt of information and payments on such purchases/orders from Retail Partners, and other events. GWR reserves the right to make adjustments to the amount of your generated GWR Donations at any time in accordance with this Agreement. If you disagree with any adjustments made to reflect your GWR Donations, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website or the services offered by GWR.
GWR is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Retail Partner, or any Retail Partner's withdrawal from the Program, or for any effect on accrual of GWR Donations caused by such changes, discontinuance or withdrawal.
6. Termination of Program. GWR reserves the right to terminate the Program in whole or in part at any time with notice. In the event the Program is terminated, all of the GWR Donations you generate will be donated to CarbonFund.org. Notification of the termination of the Program will be sent to the email address provided to GWR during the registration process. GWR will not be responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination where such failure is caused by an inaccurate email address, your failure to check email online, or your failure to inform GWR of a change in your email address.
7. Member Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including valid email address information. You are responsible for keeping your email address, password and all other information concerning your account confidential. GWR is entitled to act on instructions received under your username and password. GWR is not responsible for any changes made to your account by someone else who uses your username or password. GWR will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred through the use of your password by a third party.
You are also responsible for reviewing any information we may provide to you about your GWR Donations on a regular basis. If a discrepancy occurs in the amount or handling of any of your GWR Donations, such as a GWR Donation not being referenced or accounted for, then you must contact GWR via our customer support link on the Site, within thirty (30) days of the purchase/order date from a Retail Partner. If you fail to contact GWR within that thirty (30) day period, such purchase/order shall be deemed to be accurate and you hereby waive any right to dispute the purchase/order and any issues regarding to the allocation of any GWR Donations resulting from such purchase/order.
8. General.
(a) Participation in the Program is personal to you. GWR Donations generated under the Program may not be assigned or transferred to any third party, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions or as expressly permitted by GWR, in writing. The sale, transfer, lending, exchange, pooling or barter of any GWR Donations, other than by GWR, is expressly prohibited. Any GWR Donations assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred in violation hereof may be confiscated or canceled.
(b) GWR will use information collected from you as set forth in our Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read our Privacy Policy to understand our information collection and use practices.
(c) You are responsible for any taxes that may be due on GWR Donations earned by you.
(d) GWR Donations have no cash value until such time as a donation is made to CarbonFund.org in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no property rights or other legal interest in GWR Donations.
Disclaimer
The information, products, and services included on this website may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. GWR does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, services or other information displayed, distributed or provided through the website. You acknowledge that any reliance on any such information, advice, opinion, statement, or services shall be at your sole risk. GWR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the website. GWR may make any changes to this website, the information, products, materials and services or fees described in the website at any time without notice.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.
Binding Effect; Severability
This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, and permitted successors and assigns. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Changes to our Policies or Conditions of Use
